Terms of Service

DZSPOTS is a ticketing platform. We list concerts and live events on behalf of their organizers and sell tickets for them, including reserved seating chosen from a seat map. We are not the organizer, the venue or the performer. The organizer decides the date, the venue, the line-up and the house rules; we run the box office. By buying a ticket you agree to these terms and to the organizer's own conditions for the event, which are shown on the event page.

· You need an account to buy tickets, so that your tickets are always tied to an email address you control. · Keep your login details private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. · Give us a real name, email and phone number — they are how we reach you if an event changes.

· A seat is yours only once the purchase is confirmed. Selecting a seat on the map does not hold it. · Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Any fees or taxes are shown before you pay. · Your ticket is delivered to your account and by email. Check your details before you pay — a ticket sent to a mistyped address is still your ticket. · We may limit the number of tickets one person can buy for an event.

· If the organizer cancels an event, we refund the ticket price to the original payment method. · If an event is postponed, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within the window stated in the announcement. · If the venue or line-up changes materially, we will tell you and say what your options are. Refund timing and detail is in our Cancellation policy.

· Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable at your request once purchased, unless the event page says otherwise. · Refunds we do issue go back to the original payment method and can take several business days to appear. · Any service fee is refunded only when the event is cancelled.

· A ticket admits one person to the seat or area it names, on the date it names. · Do not resell a ticket for more than you paid. The organizer may refuse a ticket that has been resold, copied or altered. · The venue's rules on entry, age limits, bags, photography and conduct apply, and the venue may refuse entry to anyone who breaks them, without a refund.

· We are responsible for selling you a valid ticket for the seat you chose and for refunding you when this policy says so. · We are not responsible for the event itself — its quality, its running time, a change of performer, or anything that happens at the venue. · We are not liable for losses that were not caused by us, or for indirect losses such as travel or accommodation. · Our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We collect what we need to sell and deliver your tickets and to contact you about the event. Our Privacy policy explains what, why, and for how long.

· We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. · Continuing to use DZSPOTS after a change means you accept the updated terms. Tickets already bought stay under the terms in force when you bought them.
