DZSPOTS collects personal information only where it is needed to sell you a ticket, deliver it, and reach you about the event. Below is what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
1. What we collect
· Account: name, email address, phone number · Purchases: the events, seats and amounts you buy, and the payment reference returned by our payment provider (we never see or store your full card number) · Contact form: your name, email, phone number if given, and your message · Collected automatically: access logs, browser type, device information
2. How we use it
· Selling and delivering your tickets · Telling you when an event you hold a ticket for is cancelled, postponed or changed · Answering your inquiries · Keeping the service secure and preventing fraud, such as bulk buying or ticket copying · Sending news about upcoming events, only if you opted in
3. Who we share it with
· The event organizer, for the tickets you hold to their event: your name and seat, so they can admit you and reach you about the event · Our payment provider, to take payment · The service providers listed below, to run the website We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and analytics
· Essential cookies keep you signed in. · Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics collect visit statistics. · Analytics data is processed in a form that does not identify you personally. · You can refuse cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
5. Retention and deletion
· Purchase records: kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require · Account information: until you close your account · Inquiries: until resolved and for a reasonable period after To request deletion, email support@dzspots.com. 6. Third-party services

7. Children's privacy
DZSPOTS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information at any time. You can edit your name and phone number yourself under My tickets, or email support@dzspots.com.
