Cancellation & Refund Policy
DZSPOTS sells tickets on behalf of event organizers. Whether a ticket can be refunded depends mostly on what happens to the event, not on the ticket.

1. The short version
Tickets are sold on behalf of the event organizer, and a seat sold is a seat the organizer no longer has to sell. That is why a ticket cannot normally be refunded just because you can no longer attend. If the event itself is cancelled, you get your money back. If it is postponed, your ticket carries over, and you can ask for a refund if the new date does not work for you.
2. Cancelled events
If the organizer cancels an event, every ticket is refunded in full to the original payment method. You do not need to ask — we email you when the refund is issued.
3. Postponed or rescheduled events
· Your ticket is valid for the new date, in the same seat where the venue allows it. · If you cannot attend the new date, request a refund within 14 days of the postponement notice, or by the deadline stated in the notice if it gives one. · After that window the ticket is treated as any other ticket and is not refundable.
4. Material changes
If the venue changes, or the headline performer is replaced, we will tell you and say whether a refund is offered. A change to a supporting act, running time or start time within the same day is not a material change.
5. Changing your mind
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable at your request once purchased, unless the event page says otherwise. Please check the date, venue and seat before you pay.
6. Duplicate or mistaken purchases
If you bought the same seats twice by mistake, contact us as soon as possible and before the event. Where the seats can still be resold we will refund the duplicate; we cannot refund a duplicate reported after the event.
7. Refused entry and no-shows
A ticket is not refunded if you do not attend, arrive after the doors close, or are refused entry for breaking the venue's rules.
8. How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the payment method you used and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Service fees are refunded only when the event is cancelled.
